Please read the following conditions before making your reservation and then go to the reservation form

• A one night service and processing fee equivalent to the reserved room rate will apply if the cancellation notice is received after the booking is completed, and credit card authorization has been confirmed.
  
  During low season, a one night room cancellation fee from total rooms reserved will apply if the cancellation notice is received within 8 days before the arrival date.  In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent or the hotel
  
  
• During high season, if canceling 30 days before the arrival date, a one night room rate cancellation fee from total room will apply, if canceling before 14 days or less to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply, if canceling 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent or the hotel.
  
  
• During peak season, if canceling 45 days before the arrival date, a one night room rate cancellation fee from total room will apply, if canceling 29 days or less to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply, if canceling before 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent or the hotel.
  
  
• Rates will be charged equivalent to the publish US $ rate in the local currency at the exchange rate of the day your credit card is processed.
  
  
• Credit card honored : American Express, Master Card and Visa Card. A 3% additional bank fee will apply to all credit card processing
  
  
• Partial or full prepayment may be required for some reservations.
  
• Child Policy : a maximum of 1 (one) child 10 years of age and under is accepted free of charge if sharing a room with 2 (two) adults without an extra bed and meals.
  
  
• Check In Time is 02.00 pm. Check Out Time is 12.00 noon. Day Use is up to 06.00 pm, 50% of the standard rate will apply and is subject to availability. If room is held after 06.00 pm, the standard rate will apply.
  
  
• Ad-hoc group (Incentive and Conference/Meeting) rates are available upon request and are subject to specific requirements.
